Hi everyone! You’ve probably been wondering why I haven’t been blogging! My computer has been having serious problems lately. Hopefully they’re solved for now. Anyways…, I’ll be sure to have a blog post by Monday!
Thanks to all of my supporters!

As I was checking out Dulce Candy’s blog, I stumbled upon one of her youtube video tutorials! I heard her mention the cosmetics line ELF. Has anyone ever heard of it? Well, I checked out ELF’s website and guess what? Almost all of their makeup is under $3!!! That is amazing! Their eyeshadow and lip gloss is only $1!
I got some mascara the other day in the store and it cost me almost $6! That’s crazy to find such good deals like that! I’m definitely gonna try ordering from there. I’ve heard tons of good reviews about it too!
So check out their website!
Oh and I think their watermelon lip gloss looks really pretty!
Hey everyone! I haven’t posted for a long while because I’ve been volunteering my time helping out at Vacation Bible School during this past week! I’m back now though!
When you’re walking down the street, or in the mall, or even just examining a magazine, there’s always those clothing pieces or accessories that catch your eye. There’s even people that catch your eye! Maybe they catch your eye because they are breathtaking or because it’s the most ugliest clothing piece you’ve ever seen!
So what do you think about some of these “eye catchers”? Are they ugly or stunning? I’d love to hear you’re opinions towards them too! Tell me what you think and be sure to comment!
The most craziest hairstyles ever! To me, their more than hair, they’re art!
This is another example of breathtaking makeup. I like how it has an Elizabethan era style! It's unique.
Ear piercings are okay, but I think facial and body piercings can take away from someone's beauty. They can also sometimes be unprofessional. When I see someone with a lot of piercings, my response is usually, "yikes!".
Chunky Flip Flops! Not cute! They make your legs look chunky and fat! Not a flatterer!
Her makeup is amazing! I know you wouldn't wear it to the mall or grocery store, but it is uber cool for the couture photo shoots and the runway!
It seems like once students get farther into the school year, we get lazier. Lazier towards our schoolwork, lazier towards our chores, and a lot lazier towards our ensemble. In the beginning of the school year, we have new clothes and we’re excited to show off our new style, but then we end up wearing sweatshirts and jeans after the first few weeks.
Why is that? Why do students decide to purchase clothes according to a certain brand like Hollister, Aeropostale, etc.?
If you’re one of those people who is a dummy (no offense) when it comes to style, don’t worry. Below I’ve decided to give you some tips for the upcoming school year about how to dress. Hopefully it will help!
Mission Statement-All About Mixing and Matching!
Buy Plain and simple or patterned t-shirts. Also get at least three extras: jacket, scarf, cute belt, etc. Bangles are in. Buy lots of jewelery! Also buy pairs of jeans in distinct styles. Maybe white skinny jeans, black skinny jeans, and regular denim straight leg. Buy one casual(sneakers), one dressy(boot or flat). Or buy as many shoes as you want! A girl can never have too many shoes!!! Reference: http://wetseal.com and http://papayaclothing.com
Mission Statement: Go all Out!
Buy at least three pairs of jeans.(All distinct styles.) Buy at least three graphic tees. (Having HOLLISTER plastered on your shirt is not cool at all!) Try finding cool sayings! Reference Store: http://anchorblue.com Have at least two button downs for special occasions. Two or more fitted caps. One pair of casual sneakers in black, white, or grey and another funky styled Nike shoe.
Most of all…..don’t be afraid to try something new!!!
Hi everyone reading this!
This blog marks the beginning of my fashion and writing career. I at first wanted to be a singer, then a basketball player, then a designer, and finally a writer. I want to specifically focus on fashion, but I also like writing about other things like music, sports, etc. Writing is my passion. It’s what I love to do and it’s what I can see myself doing for the rest of my life!
I hope you enjoy my posts!
What is up with these boots called uggs!?!
They are one of the most ugliest trends I’ve ever seen. (Well maybe not the ugliest! LOL: )—–>
I was watching America’s Next Top Model re-runs the other day of the 2004 season. A model walked in during panel wearing some jean shorts and uggs. Tyra Banks said that uggs have been out of style for a long time. Hello??? That was 2004!!! Listen people! Get with the program! Uggs are ugly! You are not going to find them in Vogue, or Elle, or on the runway in Paris Fashion Week, so find a new trend!
A lot of people make the excuses of “they’re strictly for comfort” or “you can’t find any boots for under $30”. Puh-leez! Don’t give me that junk! You can find plenty of other boot styles for very reasonable prices! You just can’t be lazy and you have to look for them!
Firts of all, I found a fabulous deal from Fabulosity. A cute pair of boots with a gold buckle, for only $20! They’re normally $100 shoes! You can’t beat that!
There’s other deals too like:
On sale at Shiekh for $29.97!
On Sale at Shiekh for $19.97!!!
On Sale at Shiekh for $28.97!!
So why spend $20 or $30 on a pair of uggs, when you can find some awesome styles at the same price?
